Boys and girls really do think differently.
I was struck by this because I spoke to two friends, one male, one female, about the same
topic, just yesterday. Both had pretty much the same info given to them, and they came up with two different conclusion.
One was "wait and see", the other said "just ditch it, it's hopeless".
You want to guess which was the guy?
Haha both conclusions were valid - which has led me to stick to my current decision - I periodically review everything to see if my changed self in the last week of so has changed enough to gain anything new from it. Stuff like my views on religion, friendship, school. Dieting. :p
Anyway I guess it just means that I have to keep this "strange" difference in mind when I talk about pretty much anything with my guy friends. It's one of those hidden biases MNO talked about this time last year. I am biased and so are they - we may draw vastly different meanings from the use of certain words and I must choose my words carefully in that case.
Man, I am getting mature!
