Alcohol is a vampire (King's right about that) but I think fat and fast food are too.... I fell to its bite yesterday! I ate fast food not once but three times. Delicious crispy chicken...drool. I am such a pig sometimes...I couldn't help myself but I wasn't even hungry. :s
sigh. Day 1 of my diet (again) and I'll stick to it!
