sunflower seeds
I just realized that a 35 gram bag of sunflower seeds contains a whopping 196.7 calories. (I am nothing if not accurate - in this.) Totally have to go running later. But Honey Roasted Sunflower Kernels taste so yummy...I'm still eating them.

This is the first post I've ever written while at work. Even if it is lunch, I feel a touch guilty...but all the lawyers have a touch of the flu...or tonsillitis...or just don't feel good. So I have actually got nothing pressing waiting so... yay. I have talked myself out of guilt.

What exactly would be considered "mindless stimulation"?

Hmmm...

And I'm going back to eating now.
